How: Downloaded a bunch of drivers from DriverPack, funneling all 7,000,000 through IOCTLance

Notes:
- non-signed drivers are excluded and also other driver stuff like .inf, .dll, .exe, installers, etc.
- Directories with {driver_name}_{number} indicate its the same driver (or same name), but different arch or different version.

Usage:
- Do whatever you want, but if you find a cool exploit, or exploit stuff, or submit stuff somewhere, or whatever, make sure you give vx-underground credit
- If you don't give credit, you suck and you're rude
